We will typically start working on your order shortly after we receive it. As a result, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once your order is submitted.

Our website lists the current processing time for us to prepare an order for shipping. Custom orders may add a day.
- USPS Ground Advantage & UPS Surepost: 1-7 days (including Saturdays)
- USPS Priority: 1-3 days (Including Saturday)
- UPS Ground: 1-5 days (weekdays)
- UPS 2nd Day Air: up to 2 business days
- UPS 3-Day Select: Up to 3 business days

- Free Economy Shipping: Orders over $65.00
- Flat Rate Shipping:
- Orders $15.00 and under: $4.00
- Orders $15.01 to $50.00: $6.00
- Orders $50.01 to $64.99: $8.00
- Guaranteed Carrier & Expedited: Carrier rates as shown at checkout
We do issue refunds if the actual shipping cost is less than charged at checkout, automatically.
Heat Sensitive Shipments
Shipments that include candles, soy melts, lip balms, and other products sensitive to higher summer temperatures will ship with a method and day intended to reach you in the same week. These shipments will NOT ship on Fridays. Thursday shipments are solely for the west coast.
