Order Processing time:

Most of our orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours.  This does not include weekends.

You will receive an email once your order is complete and ready to ship.

Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted.  We are unable to offer returns due to the nature of the items we sell.

Exceptions

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a damaged item, please take a picture of the item and email us at cs@baysidesoapworks.com. YOU MUST INCLUDE A PICTURE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT/REFUND

This information is required in order for us to file a damage claim with the carrier.

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT.

FURTHERMORE, BAYSIDE SOAPWORKS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH CANDLE BURNING.
